We offer a promotion of " Free Ground Shipping" (applies to online placed orders only) on any online order of $125.00 or more. Some items excluded, items,(clearly marked in the item description), applies to online shipmints within the lower 48 US states. Methods of Payment: Major credit cards accepted; Visa-MasterCard-American Express,
Discover, company checks (returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee), bank wire transfers.
Open billing accounts: net 30-day terms with approved credit. Initial order(s) will
have to be credit card, check in advance, or wire transfer.

Sales Tax: All Michigan based companies will be required to complete and qualify for
Resale tax exempt status. All Over the Counter sales originating from Michigan
residences will be accessed Michigan sales tax. If required by law by other states
we will advise you at the time of order if sales tax is required.
Qualified Reseller/Distributor: will be required to complete a business profile and
receive approval of eligibility for reseller status.
Return Policy: All products must have received a RGA No.prior to return. Any products
older than 90 days or not in new condition could be rejected or subject to
a restocking fee. Only products sold by Dagger Tools will be
accepted.
Shipping Policy: For Resellers all orders will be shipped most
economical method. We require for all open account shipments a
defined shipping carrier and a business account number. We can accommodate
most premium or expedited shipping methods.
For Over the Counter-retail: All orders will be shipped the most economical method.
From time to time Dagger Tools will offer promotions covering order shipping charges.
These promotions will only apply to standard ground service and not premium
overnight services. If you preferred shipping method please advise us on your order
form at time of order. For Domestic USA shipments we use UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail
2 day or 3 day which is now standard service for USPS. This is not a guaranteed service.
Or a premium service, many timess we'll be able to ship in a USPS box and
this will reduce your shiping rate and we'll adjust your order total to reflect any savings.
During Covid-19 all the shipping services are experienceing delays due to
worker shortages, reduction of air flights,and increased online demand,
if you leave in area where there has been a surge in positive cases, shipping to
your region could well be effected. Please be patient.
As products evolve over time, We reserve the right to subsitute
products with equal or greater value. Motor Freight shipments that are not defined as
residential versus commerical or that reguire a special additional delivery charge
from the freight carrier can lead to additional shipping charge applied to your order
amount and your payment method.
International Customers(non-USA or Canadian): We can accommodate Shipping
worldwide. We will select the most appropriate shipping method an advise you by email
prior to shipping of the total cost’s for your approval ( this may vary at times versus what
the website automatically will compute, because of consolidation of product and speical
shipping options not offered on the website software). A $15.00 handling fee
per order may apply. You will be responsible for any importation or service charges
required to clear you order. Some first time orders may be held for up to 16-18 days after
credit card has been processed due to a increase in fraudulant credit
cards been used. Does not apply to PayPal purchases.
This normally would not apply to repeat customers.
Attention: International customers
All shipments are subject to duties and taxes based on each country standards, these fees will be applied to your shipment by your customs/mail services at time of receipt. We have added UPS Worldship shipping method as an shipping option, you will be subject to a import broker fee added by carrier to you shipment upon delivery W@hen you caompare shipping options please take that into consideration. All orders that select USPS Priority International Mail these packages are fully traceable and in most cases will eliminate additional customs clearance charges. Normal delivery time worldwide is 6-10 business days.
Special Packaging Requirements: if your require crating or non-traditional packaging
we will quote charges during order acceptance.
Orders, Minimum: for Resellers/ Distributors only, require a minimum order value of
$25.00. All products offered in case/carton quantities will not be broken. Order add-ons
are acceptable prior to shipment.

Pricing Policy: Dagger Tools is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are
subject to change without notice. We will advise of any price changes
for your approval prior to order acceptance.
Back Orders: We will hold all backorders until inventory is available. When we confirm
your order we will advise if order will not be shipped complete. Notify us if you wish to
cancel.
Freight Claims: Freight claims for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier.
Although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify us immediately so that we
may be of assistance. Please keep all cartons and photos of received condition is
encouraged until claim is remedied.
Shortage or wrong items received: We require notification within 48 hours of receipt of
shipment of any claimed shortage or wrongfully received products. We will prepay
replacement of any ordered items shipped at our error.
